Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Antioch, IL, Arlington Heights, IL, Bellwood, IL, Berkeley, IL, Berwyn, IL, Bushkill, PA, Carlinville, IL, Carlisle, PA, Chicago, IL, Cicero, IL, Du Quoin, IL, Elgin, IL, Elizabethtown, PA, Elmwood, IL, Enfield, IL, Fort Sheridan, IL, Glencoe, IL, Glenview, IL, Grantville, PA, Great Lakes, IL, Greeley, PA, Greentown, PA, Harrisburg, PA, Indiana, PA, Lake Forest, IL, Lancaster, PA, Lebanon, PA, Libertyville, IL, Lincolnshire, IL, Litchfield, IL, Marysville, PA, Middletown, PA, Morton Grove, IL, Mundelein, IL, Niles, IL, Northbrook, IL, Park Ridge, IL, Reed City, MI, Riverside, IL, Shenandoah, PA, Shermans Dale, PA, Tamaroa, IL, Toledo, OH, Traverse City, MI, Wadsworth, IL, Westchester, IL, Wheeling, IL, Wilmette, IL, Winnetka, IL, Zion, IL. This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the local area in the comfort of their own home!
Top Skills Required:
• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of IL
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
Must have IL RN license + a min. of 1 year of licensed RN experience in the hospital setting (med surg, telemetry, ER or ICU preferred). Home health experience is highly preferred but not required. *Will not interview anyone who does not have a minimum of 1 year of hospital experience as a licensed RN (clinicals don’t count).
