Become a part of our team today. Job Overview Principal Operations Analyst – Claims & Finance. Assist the Claims and Finance team in day‑to‑day activities such as processing FNOLs, following up with TPAs, managing claims BDXs, processing invoices, generating loss runs and reports, documenting files, organizing folders and liaising with Claims teams for TPA queries. Support Written Premium and Finance functions, prepare reports, monitor outcomes and perform administrative and operations support for processing BDXs, LOCs, invoice payment and report generation. Job Duties & Responsibilities Review incoming BDXs for accuracy and enter them into the system. Utilize the policy management system to import BDXs. Liaise with MGA/MGU and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and accuracy of files, and follow up on action items. Handle LOC processing as requests are received. Manage outsourcing tasks with external contractors, monitoring SLA performance. Create management and operational reports for policy and program renewals. Review and file all documentation required by underwriting guidelines, following up on incomplete or missing documentation. Generate reports as directed by internal guidelines. Support parallel claim functions and work with Operations and other functional leadership teams to document processes and recommend improvements. Establish, communicate, and implement operations‑related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support. Complete underwriting and claims submissions setup, including rating and pricing of risks and quote development. Ensure accurate data entry within the Insurance Platform for underwriting, claims, and accounting teams. Manage reinsurance bookings and reconcile premiums, claims, and collections. Review underwriting and claims bordereaux. Develop and create management reporting. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Experience: 6+ years in insurance operations, claims, or finance. Ability to work on a matrixed team in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent analytical, communication, and time‑management skills. Working knowledge of Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience with FNOLs, TPAs, and BDX processing. Knowledge of claims administration and finance reporting.
