Supply Operations Specialist

TekPro Support Services, LLC is currently hiring a Supply Operations Specialist. The Supply Operations Specialist shall assist the Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) with the execution and implementation of a comprehensive base operations program.

What You'll Do:

• Support administrative operations and material management requested by command.
• Prepare documentation for key and locksmithing requests, coordinate pick up and return times for customers.
• Verify all incoming packages, contact the department via email when packages arrive.
• Assist Equipment Manager with locating, recording and organizing inventory.
• Review incoming ticket request from customers, categories and process assigned tickets.
• Schedule government vehicles for routine and non-routine maintenance
• Draft and route purchase requests as needed for approval to order items for completion of tasks.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in activities involving equipment tracking, logistics planning, and equipment management support operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities to execute a comprehensive equipment management support plan.
• Minimum 2 years of experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan.
• Minimum 2 years of experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with people from various levels and backgrounds to elicit their cooperation to perform specific tasks, and complying with regulations, laws, or practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a military environment.
• Previous DoD background check or clearance
