ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles), Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is hiring for a Critical Care Registered Nurse who will be assigned to the Gastrointestinal Lab. This position is responsible for providing direct patient care during all phases of care in the procedural area, and will plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to accepted standards of practice. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Pre-employment process: Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, drug test, verification of employment history and education. Experience: One (1) year of full-time equivalent experience as a licensed registered nurse. Licenses and Certifications: Must possess and maintain Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing. Must possess and maintain current Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Candidates possessing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and one (1) year of Critical Care experience or experience in a procedural area as a licensed Registered Nurse is desired for Critical Care RN.
