The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Driver Helper , you are the backbone of our delivery operation. You will ride passenger-side with our professional delivery drivers, acting as an elite team to get our fresh food products safely into the hands of local grocery stores and restaurants.

• Early Bird Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 5:30 AM. Once the daily route is complete, you’re done!
• Active Labor: This is a physically demanding role. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, staying active through bending, reaching, and lifting.
• The Heavy Lifting: Manually handling, lifting, and moving food products weighing between 50 lbs and 80 lbs.
• The Tools: Utilizing electric pallet jacks to safely and efficiently move product from the truck to the customer’s business.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual Verbal Skills: Ability to speak and understand both English and Spanish fluently to successfully communicate with our diverse team and customer base.
• Physical Stamina: Comfort working on your feet, lifting up to 80 lbs, and staying active in rain, shine, heat, or cold.
• Tech/Equipment Savvy: Experience operating an electric pallet jack (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Reliability: You are a morning person who can reliably show up on time at 5:30 AM ready to work.
• Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a standard background check prior to hiring.
