We leverage advanced analytics and technology to create a business with greater growth and consistency than traditional consumer retail companies. The team consists of teammates located in New York, Seoul, and London. We’re growing quickly across the U.S. and Asia, and we’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Sr. Performance Marketing Analyst to join our New York-based team. The Role We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst to own the analytical and performance layer of our marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of data, paid media, and conversion strategy. You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across our paid channels and website, building forecasts, running CRO experiments, and translating performance data into strategic direction. You will also shape creative strategy from a performance lens, working cross‑functionally to ensure messaging and creative decisions are grounded in what converts. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. If you are quantitative by nature, hold a business or related degree, have a working grasp of financial and analytical concepts, and bring a go‑getter mentality with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. This is a senior‑level role and we are not looking for someone learning the fundamentals on the job. What You’ll do Own performance analysis and forecasting across paid media channels, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategy Lead CRO initiatives across the website and landing pages, designing and executing experiments that improve conversion and revenue Monitor and optimize website and landing page performance, partnering with relevant teams to implement improvements Develop and maintain performance forecasts and reporting frameworks that connect channel activity to revenue outcomes Drive paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, serving as the analytical voice for agency partners and internal stakeholders Develop creative briefs and provide performance‑grounded creative feedback to internal teams and external partners, ensuring messaging direction reflects what is and is not converting Shape testing strategy for creative and messaging based on performance insights Provide performance‑based creative feedback to inform iteration cycles across paid channels Partner with leadership on strategic planning, using data to support decisions on channel investment, audience targeting, and growth priorities Manage relationships with growth‑relevant vendors and platforms, ensuring tools and partnerships are being leveraged effectively and evaluated on performance Generate and synthesize platform‑level insights across paid channels, translating signals from ad platforms into actionable strategy for internal teams and agency partners What We’re Looking For 3‑5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a closely related analytical role within a DTC or e‑commerce environment Strong command of performance analysis, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders; experience building forecasting models is a plus Demonstrated experience leading CRO programs, including experiment design, measurement, and iteration Hands‑on experience with paid media channels and the ability to provide analytical direction to agency partners Experience developing performance‑informed creative strategy, including briefs, creative feedback, and messaging direction tied to conversion data Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, attribution platforms, or similar) and comfort working in data‑heavy environments Strategic thinker who can connect channel‑level performance to broader business outcomes Bring a test‑and‑learn mindset across paid channels, landing pages, and messaging, continuously designing and running experiments to drive incremental improvement Clear communicator who can align stakeholders across functions and translate data into decisions Self‑starter who operates with urgency and thrives in a fast‑paced, lean team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related quantitative field preferred NYC‑based or EST strongly preferred; must be able to commute to our Manhattan, NY office Experience with a data analytics and attribution platform such as Northbeam or Triple Whale Experience with incrementality testing and lift studies, such as geo‑holdout experiments Nice to Have Experience in fashion, retail, or DTC startups Familiarity with Shopify Plus, GA4, or paid media reporting platforms Exposure to creative production workflows or performance creative tools (e.g., Figma) Experience working directly with paid social agencies or managing vendor relationships tied to growth performance Hands‑on experience managing ad platforms directly (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus Expected Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr ONDO
