Rockville / North Bethesda, Maryland Grow your business inside a high-end, fully equipped 10,000+ square-foot fitness and martial arts facility. Sublease opportunities are available Monday through Friday between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and 5:00am-10pm on weekends. We are seeking independent professionals and established businesses whose services complement our current programs, including:
- Personal trainers and strength coaches
- Fitness, conditioning, boot camp, and group-exercise instructors
- Traditional Martial arts instructors and programs
- Yoga, Pilates, mobility, and stretching instructors
- Physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists
- Massage therapists and bodywork professionals
- Nutrition, recovery, and other health-and-wellness providers
- Power Lift squat racks, jump boxes, and universal machine
- Body-Solid commercial-grade weight machines and training stations
- Vortex cardio equipment
- Vortex hex dumbbells ranging from 5 to 125 pounds
- Kettlebells ranging from 5 to 80 pounds
- Prowler sled, landmine, dip bars, pull-up bars, and hex bars
- Tires, agility ladders, ab rollers, resistance bands, and battle ropes
- TRX suspension trainers, cones, and jump ropes
- Yoga mats, medicine balls, stability balls, foam rollers, and yoga blocks
- Approximately 6,000 square feet of turf for group classes
- A 68-foot sprint and sled-training lane
- Coming soon: Vortex eight-station, double-cable crossover universal machine
- Ringside 20-foot amateur-sanctioned boxing ring
- Approximately 2,500 square feet of 1⅞-inch Dollamur Flexi-Connect roll-up mats
- 14 Fairtex and Zebra Muay Thai heavy bags
- Two Ringside speed bags
- Two Windy uppercut bags
- Fairtex Muay Thai pads, focus mitts, and belly pads
