Key Responsibilities Communicate and collaborate across all levels on store operations, technology initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduce and lead company change efforts, set clear expectations, and implement business solutions. Model exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way OBW service model and manage customer service initiatives, community outreach, and complaint resolution. Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Supervise and develop hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, and recognize achievements. Coordinate job-related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, and support initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college, OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearms facilities: successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For ammunition-only facilities with state requirements: current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility. Must complete all required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership; experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
