Shift: Mon-Thu (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) & Sun (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) PST
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr on W2 Position Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping materials. This role also includes maintaining accurate records and entering data into the system.

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr on W2 Position Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping materials. This role also includes maintaining accurate records and entering data into the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
- Enter all receipts into the materials management system
- Report any shipment discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager
- Prepare and process outbound shipments, including required documentation
- Handle returned goods according to company procedures
- Store materials in designated areas and rotate stock based on receipt and expiration dates
- Identify and report short-dated materials (less than 30 days to expiration)
- Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory
- Support order entry, picking, packing, and deliveries as needed
- Assist with record storage and mail distribution
- Follow all company policies, including safety and compliance guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- At least 2 years of materials management or warehouse experience preferred
- Data entry experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry)
- Ability to use a barcode scanner, printer, and warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
