Assistant Nurse Manager - RN, Emergency Room - Full-Time

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse who reports to the unit director/manager and uses the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift. Responsibilities Support the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the unit’s services. Provide managerial presence for all shifts, managing both clinical and non‑clinical caregivers. Assist in evaluating caregiver performance and provide input to the director/manager. Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, policies, processes, and clinical priorities. Coach, mentor, and collaborate to deliver quality health care to patients. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BS or BSN) or currently enrolled. Registered Nurse license in Washington. Recent clinical experience in Emergency in an acute care hospital. Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience. Salary and Benefits Base salary range posted; additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonuses may be available.
