Laboratory Validation Engineer

Join a company driven by quality products across an evolving range of industries.POSITION OVERVIEWLaboratory Validation Engineer I will execute the testing, measuring and validating products by conducting thorough examinations, and identifying issues to ensure product requirements are met as well as providing technical consultation to the program and engineering teams.WHAT YOU’LL DOExecute testing in accordance with applicable requirements and developed procedures including but not limited to regulatory testing.Analyze and interpret test data against pass/fail criteria, providing technical consultation to the program and engineering teams throughout the test round.Compile, evaluate, and report test data timely and accurately.Support quality, corrective, and preventative action activities as identified throughout the validation process.Follow lab quality system policies and procedures.Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment and processes.Train new personnel in test methods and lab process.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory, driving efficiency and effectiveness in validation practices.Other duties as assigned.HOW YOU’LL DO ITAttention to detail - Ensuring information is complete and accurate; following up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Problem solving - Defining a problem, determining the cause, identifying, prioritizing and selecting alternatives for a solution, and implementing a solution.
