We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service team. The Service Department at Kendall Auto Mall of Fairbanks is a fast‑paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed. Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations. Inputting and maintaining customer information. Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner. Using telephone, e‑mail, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day. Scheduling service appointments. Qualifications High‑level customer service experience. Strong time‑management, work ethics, and communication skills. Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers. Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance. Minimum of 2 years of service‑writing experience (preferred). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. #J-18808-Ljbffr
