This inpatient-only position offers an excellent compensation package, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to serve a broad regional patient population. #Position Overview: Provide inpatient psychiatric care at a 465-bed regional referral center 27-bed Behavioral Medicine Unit focused on stabilization of acute psychiatric episodes Patients receive daily individual and/or group therapy sessions Work collaboratively with therapists, discharge planners, and case managers No outpatient duties required Collegial team of psychiatrists and advanced providers Catchment area of ~750,000 patients across Kentucky and Ohio --- #Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed base salary: $375,000 annually wRVU productivity bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, and retirement Generous vacation and CME allowance Signing bonus and student loan repayment assistance available Malpractice coverage included --- #Submission Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry – Required Active Kentucky medical license – Required (or ability to obtain) Inpatient psychiatry experience – Preferred --- #About the Area: Ashland, Kentucky offers small-town charm with big-city accessibility.
