• Assess care needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized plans
• Coordinate compassionate nursing care for pediatric behavioral health patients
• Educate families and manage milieu to support recovery and safety
• Document meticulously and report risks to ensure optimal outcomes
• Lead as a clinical expert, delegating tasks and fostering staff growth
• Champion quality improvement and resource stewardship in diverse settings
• Role model integrity, empowerment, and professional excellence every day

Education

• Registered Nurse licensure in Michigan

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and care planning abilities
• Excellent communication and family education skills

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license
• 2 years of behavioral health experience required
• Pediatric experience required
