Title
Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Requirements
- WA professional license required
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- NICU experience required (must be able to independently intubate a neonate)
- Certifications: RRT, ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
- EPIC skills required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care for neonates in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Perform independent neonatal intubation and extubation procedures.
- Manage and monitor ventilators, including troubleshooting high-pressure alarms.
- Administer respiratory medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Weekend coverage: Variable
- Float required to other campuses
- Compliance notes for previous employees of affiliated facilities may apply.
