MUST HAVE ADULT CARE HOMES MED AIDE CERTIFICATION

Part-time / Every Other Weekend

12-hour day shift (7am-7pm)

If you hold both your NC CNA and your NC Adult Care Home Med Aide certification, The Carolina Inn wants to talk to you.

We have every-other-weekend Med Aide positions open — 7am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday. You'll work on the floor alongside our nursing staff in a well-run, stable assisted living environment that has served Fayetteville for 25 years.

Schedule & pay

Every other weekend — Saturday and Sunday

7:00am – 7:00pm (12-hour day shift)

Starting at $14.50/hr

Weekend shift differential included

What you'll do

Administer and document medications per resident care plans

Monitor residents and communicate changes to the charge nurse

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

Coordinate with nursing staff on resident needs

Maintain accurate medication administration records

What you must have (both required)

Active NC CNA certification — on the NC Nurse Aide Registry

Active NC Adult Care Home Med Aide certification

Experience in assisted living or adult care preferred

Dependable attendance — residents and staff count on you

Must pass background check and drug screen

We are a private-pay assisted living community in the Village Green neighborhood of Fayetteville, NC. 100 licensed beds, currently serving 83 residents across three floors plus our Terrace. Our Med Aides work with a licensed nurse on every shift — you are supported, not isolated.
