Job Summary
Phoenix of Fairlawn, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential care in a long-term care setting. Our hands-on owners foster a supportive, innovative culture where every LPN is truly valued, and every voice matters.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:
Provide essential care in a skilled nursing facility.
Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safety compliance.
Document patient conditions and update care plans accordingly.
Support and supervise STNAs to ensure quality long-term care.
Monitor resident health and escalate concerns as needed.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay & Schedule:
Hourly pay: $32/hour
Shift differential: +$2/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
Full-time and part-time available
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
BLS/CPR certification
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong electronic medical record (EMR) skills
Excellent communication and patient care skills
