Real Estate Litigation Attorney - Significant Matter Ownership and Direct Client Access

A busy and well regarded New York real estate law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with 6 or more years of commercial real estate litigation experience to join its active Litigation Group.

You will manage sophisticated matters, work directly with clients, appear in court, and play a meaningful role in litigation strategy from inception through resolution. The group operates in an environment that provides attorneys with substantial responsibility and visibility. The practice includes complex commercial real estate disputes, construction litigation, partnership and ownership disputes, injunction proceedings, and other high stakes business litigation matters involving developers, owners, investors, management companies, and related commercial stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is confident handling active matters, communicating directly with clients and adversaries, and exercising strong strategic judgment in a fast paced environment. Strong writing skills, courtroom confidence, responsiveness, and the ability to independently drive matters forward are essential. Compensation includes salary in the $220K to $250K+ range, plus bonus and benefits. Beyond compensation, this is a foundational career opportunity for an up and coming litigator.
