Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on capital raising transactions involving a wide range of securities products

• Handle sophisticated capital markets and corporate finance transactions

• Support strategic investments, acquisitions, and securities offerings for domestic and international clients

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and securities-related agreements

• Navigate complex regulatory and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions

• Collaborate with corporate attorneys and financial professionals on innovative transaction structures

• Counsel clients regarding securities regulations and capital markets strategies

• Work directly with major financial institutions, investment banks, and corporate clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of capital markets experience at a law firm

• Experience involving securities offerings and corporate transactional matters preferred

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
