Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed file reviews and legal analysis involving liability claims and causes of action

• Handle sophisticated general liability and personal injury defense litigation matters

• Perform extensive legal research and draft substantive briefs, pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and litigation-related documentation

• Collaborate with expert witnesses and consultants to support defense strategies

• Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation and litigation strategy development

• Communicate directly with clients regarding litigation developments and risk analysis

• Manage multiple litigation matters independently within a fast-paced legal environment

• Minimum 5 years of general liability or insurance defense litigation experience

• Experience in additional litigation practice areas considered a plus

• Admission to practice law in New York and New Jersey required
