EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree preferred

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Background in procurement operations (supplies and services) and / or administrative and clerical work preferred
Experience with United States Coast Guard (USCG) preferred
Highly Desirable: One (1) year experience in USCG procedures to include proficiency in using:
- Aviation Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS)
- Asset Maintenance Management Information System (AMMIS)

Skills

Possess the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess knowledge and ability to perform simple arithmetic.
Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Possess excellent ability to manage multiple task with competing deadlines.
Possess ability to work with minimal Government oversight.
Must have excellent communication skills
Be proficient in typing

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage personnel
Serve as authorized representative for contract performance
Primary conduit for communication, work assignments, and technical direction
Provide in-processing/out-processing assistance to new employees
Provide monthly status reports; monitor daily employee status
Monitor and process timecards and leave requests
