Clinical Laboratory Medical Technologist I

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) seeks a Medical Lab Technologist I to perform routine diagnostic testing in support of patient care, education, and research. This role processes specimens, operates and maintains analyzers, performs quality control, and accurately records and reports results in accordance with CLIA/CAP and MUSC policies. The technologist collaborates with clinicians, faculty, and students, supports training activities, and helps ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient lab environment that reflects MUSC’s commitment to innovation, compassion, and community-focused healthcare.
