Location: Charlotte, NC
Long Term Job Description: Project requirement is to maintain and enhance the existing application's functionality. Collaborate with Business Analysts, other application teams solution architects to arrive at Design and Integration specifications. Build Functionality per Agile Methodology delivering by sprints. As a Pega Senior Developer, responsible for hands-on design and implementation of integrated pega based solutions that are scalable, but for rapid change and meets functional and nonfunctional requirements. Has an advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC VIX tools and leads development activities. Knowledge of PEGA PRPC V7.X architecture, capable of Translating business requirements into application builds, contributes to best practices. Should be able to critically review work of other team members, analyze, identify and log enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V7X. Can drive delivery of assigned tasks on schedule. Uses and promotes the use of best practices of project management and testing tools by working.
