Residential Property Management Operations Manager

Justin Udy & Team is seeking a Property Management Operations Manager to oversee and grow our residential rental portfolio from 40+ units toward 75+ units and beyond. This is a client-facing, operations-driven role designed for a proven property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes true ownership of systems, service, and results. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success in property management, demonstrates exceptional organization, and exercises sound business judgment in daily decision-making. This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and fairness, along with an acute focus on tenant experience, owner communication, and long-term asset performance. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and accurate financial reporting, while helping implement and refine systems that support growth and scalability.
