We are seeking an experienced CT Supervisor to lead a high-performing Computed Tomography team in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a skilled CT professional with strong leadership abilities, trauma imaging experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

As the CT Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support staff development, ensure quality and compliance standards, and actively participate in CT imaging procedures while maintaining efficient departmental workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CT technologists and department operations.
• Coordinate daily staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and leadership teams.
• Mentor, train, and develop imaging staff.
• Monitor quality assurance initiatives and patient care standards.
• Assist with performance improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support imaging services in a Level I Trauma environment with high patient volumes.

Required Qualifications

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.
• IEMA Radiology License required.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical imaging modality .
• Strong CT imaging experience with the ability to independently perform CT scans.
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center environment.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-acuity setting.
• Previous Lead Technologist, Charge Technologist, or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Epic EMR and/or PACS systems preferred.
• Previous travel imaging experience is a plus.

Equipment Experience

• Experience working with GE CT scanners strongly preferred.
