Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with middle-to-large market accounts, focusing on habitational and transportation/trucking lines of business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agency experience, a proactive approach to client servicing, and the ability to seamlessly manage an existing book of business. Work Environment: Onsite preferred, with hybrid options available. Responsibilities Manage an existing book of business, servicing accounts from A to Z. Collaborate closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction and account retention. Quote new and renewal business, including remarketing as needed. Handle middle-to-large market accounts with premiums of $100k+. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Utilize EPIC software for account management (preferred but not required). Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of agency experience required. Experience: 5+ years of agency experience preferred. Experience: Previous experience with habitational and transportation/trucking accounts is essential. Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred but not mandatory.
