Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to support financial advisors and deliver an exceptional experience to clients throughout the financial planning and investment process. This individual will serve as a key administrative and operational resource by coordinating client onboarding, managing account paperwork, supporting billing activities, and ensuring the accuracy of client records and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience within the financial services industry and understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial advisors with daily administrative and operational activities

• Coordinate new client onboarding and account setup processes

• Prepare, review, and process investment account paperwork and documentation

• Manage account maintenance requests, transfers, and client service inquiries

• Assist with billing activities and maintain accurate client records

• Communicate with clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of requests

• Monitor workflow progress and follow up on outstanding items

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and documentation requirements

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information

QualificationsRequired

• Prior experience in a financial services, wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

Preferred

• Experience supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, or Registered Representatives

• Familiarity with investment account paperwork and client onboarding processes

• Experience with platforms such as Orion, Charles Schwab, or Fidelity

• Knowledge of retirement accounts, brokerage accounts, and financial planning concepts

• FINRA licenses are not required but are considered a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Salaried (full-time) team members are eligible for the full benefits package below. Part-time and hourly team members may be eligible for select benefits. INSURANCE & RETIREMENT Medical Insurance - BNA contributes $650/month toward your individual premium. Dependent coverage available via payroll deduction. Starts after 1 month of service. Life Insurance - Firm pays the full cost of coverage. ($25,000). Starts after 1 month of service. Long-Term Disability - Firm pays the full cost of coverage. Starts after 1 month of service. Short-Term Disability - Firm-paid. 8-day grace period, then 60% of earnings for up to 12 weeks. Per plan document. 401(k) Plan - Eligible after one year with company match. See plan details for match information. Per plan document. PAID TIME OFF (PTO) Sick days are counted as part of your PTO allowance. Requests must be approved in advance by your manager and logged on your calendar. Milestone Total PTO Days / Year Full-time, standard - 20 days (use it within the calendar year no payout at termination) After 10 years - 25 days (+5) After 20 years - 30 days (+5) PAID HOLIDAYS New Year's Day Tax Day (floating) Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Rosh Hashana & Yom Kippur (if on a weekday) Thanksgiving Day & the day after Christmas Eve (half day) Christmas Day PAY & BONUSES Paid twice a month the 15th and last day (moves to the prior Friday if it falls on a weekend). Direct deposit Performance bonuses are discretionary, based on firm and typically paid in May. CPA exam support: BNA covers your review course, exam fees, and registration (pre-approved). Pass within 13 months of hire for a $2,500 bonus.
