At Kindred Dentistry , we believe exceptional dentistry begins with genuine care — for our patients, our team, and our community. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Treatment & Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
- Manage scheduling, phones, and patient communications
- Verify dental insurance and process claims
- Present treatment plans and review financial options
- Maintain accurate patient records and front office organization
Qualifications
- Dental office experience required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and terminology
- Experience with dental software
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
