This travel role is crafted for Radiology Technologists with proven expertise in DEXA scans and general radiographs within an outpatient setting. You'll be pivotal in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging center, working closely with skilled physicians and leveraging advanced EMR systems like EPIC. With a predictable, extended-weekend schedule, you'll have time to balance meaningful work, personal growth, and the pleasures of travel.

Schedule/Hours:

• Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays: 6:45am – 7:15pm
• Weekends: Required every Saturday and Sunday
• No on-call responsibility

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years recent experience with DEXA scanning and radiography in outpatient diagnostic centers
• Proficient in diagnostic imaging
• Current ARRT certification
• Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license (or status update if pending)
• BLS certification from AHA
• Comfortable with EPIC electronic medical records

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of diagnostic radiographic exams, specializing in DEXA and general radiographs
• Support patient care in the outpatient diagnostic imaging center
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff
• Ensure stringent adherence to safety standards and confidentiality
• Maintain accurate imaging records using the EPIC EMR system
