Real Estate Finance Associate Mid-Level

Job Overview a law firm seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join the Real Estate Finance group in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience, representing lenders and/or borrowers, with a focus on real estate finance or commercial real estate. Duties Represent lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions. Conduct due diligence review and analysis, including title insurance and surveys. Review corporate formation documents and construction documentation. Analyze and prepare SNDAs and other related documents. Requirements 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience. Active member of the New York or Florida bar. Experience with customary due diligence processes. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in New York or Florida. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
