Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN

Butterfield Trail Village is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Whether you're an experienced CNA or just beginning your career, we'd love to meet you!

We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available on multiple shifts.

Competitive Pay & Incentives

Starting Pay: $16.82+ per hour (Higher pay based on experience)

Shift Differentials

• Evening Shift: +$1.50/hour
• Night Shift: +$2.00/hour
• Weekend Shift: +$1.50/hour

Sign-On Bonus

Up to $600 for Full-Time CNAs (Paid in installments after successful completion of introductory employment periods.)

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play an essential role in helping residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to the nurse
• Respond quickly to call lights and resident needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, compassion, and respect

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• In good standing with the Arkansas Nurse Aide Registry
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Long-term care experience is helpful but not required
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
