Molding Products is looking for a Chemical Mixer to add to 2nd shift.

2:00pm - 10:30pm

$20.00/hr + $2.00 shift premium.

**Wearing a respirator to perform certain tasks is a requirement for safety. You will need to keep face shaven to wear the respirator correctly. **

What is a Mixer?

The Mixer is responsible for preparing and blending raw materials according to specified formulas to produce consistent, high-quality products. This role operates mixing equipment, follows batch instructions, and ensures proper material handling throughout the process. The position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring safe manufacturing operations.

What You Can Expect to Do as a Mixer:

• Follow formulas and batch instructions to mix raw materials accurately
• Operate mixing and blending equipment in accordance with procedures
• Measure and add materials in proper quantities and sequence
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and quality
• Perform basic quality checks and adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Clean and maintain mixing equipment and work areas
• Assist with material handling and inventory as needed
• Communicate issues or deviations to supervisors or team members

What We Are Looking For in a Mixer:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or mixing/batching environments preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing setting
