Location : Eddy Street Campus - 211 N. Eddy Street, South Bend, IN 46617
Hours : PRN position requiring a minimum of 1 shift per month, in addition to PTO coverage averaging approximately 6 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix allergy immunotherapy vials in accordance with provider orders and established safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and labeling of allergy extracts and patient-specific mixtures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, storage, handling, and quality assurance standards.
• Monitor inventory and supplies related to allergy mixing and notify leadership of replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient care and clinic operations.
• Adhere to all applicable regulatory, safety, and organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current licensure/certification as one of the following: Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Registered Nurse (RN)
• Prior allergy mixing or sterile/clinical compounding experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and documentation standards related to medication or extract preparation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
