Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Riverview Essex, MD $43–$46/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life. What You'll Do Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled interventions for communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Why Join Our Team?
