Captain Joe's Grill in Whitmore Lake, MI, is looking for a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our team. What You'll Do as a Food RunnerAs a Food Runner at Captain Joe's Grill, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accurately. - Assisting servers with table maintenance, such as clearing dishes and refilling drinks. - Ensuring that all food items are delivered to guests in a presentable and timely manner. - Communicating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
What We're Looking ForWe’re searching for someone who brings energy, efficiency, and a team-oriented attitude to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role. - Skills: Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. - Qualities: A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. - Physical Requirements: The ability to be on your feet for extended periods and carry food trays safely.
