Call Center BDC Sales Representative (Full-Time) | Klein Honda Klein Honda is seeking an energetic, customer-focused BDC Sales Representative to join our Business Development team. In this role, you’ll connect with customers, answer inbound calls, follow up on leads, and help schedule qualified appointments—while delivering outstanding service in a supportive, team-driven environment. Compensation: $25/hour plus bonus opportunity. What You’ll Do Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and follow-ups Contact customers via phone and email to move leads forward Schedule and confirm qualified sales appointments Use CRM tools to track conversations, updates, and next steps Provide a positive, professional customer experience at every touchpoint Qualifications Professional appearance and outgoing, relationship-focused communication style Strong phone and email skills with accurate follow-through Comfortable with computers, typing, and multitasking Self-starter mindset with a positive, high-energy attitude Ability and willingness to learn 70+ inbound or outbound calls per day and 70+ outbound emails per day Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What Will Help You Stand Out Experience in CRM or sales lead follow-up Motivation to drive appointments and sales results Knowledge and enthusiasm for cars Bilingual is a plus (not required) Benefits Full training provided Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) Paid vacation Team environment and ongoing in-house coaching and support Advancement opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer.
