You'll greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations, and ensure each guest has an outstanding stay.Key Responsibilities Include:Welcoming guests with a friendly, professional attitudeChecking guests in and out efficientlyManaging reservations and cancellationsCoordinating guest requests with other hotel departmentsProviding information about hotel services and local attractionsHandling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a positive attitudeSupporting team members to ensure smooth operationsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a reliable, energetic candidate who is passionate about guest service and eager to grow within our team.Qualifications:1+ year of customer service experience required1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferredHilton brand experience (PEP experience is a plus!)Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a teamWho You AreYou're friendly, organized, and comfortable multitasking.
