Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP)

Job Overview Geode Health is a rapidly growing outpatient mental health provider. We are seeking an Advance Practice Provider (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) to work in the West Loop market. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. Partner with psychiatrists and mental health therapists to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Maintain accurate electronic health records in the EMR system. Qualifications Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in Illinois. Active DEA license. Active CDS license. Passion for high-quality care with excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. Proficiency in using an EMR system. Ability to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions. Minimum of one year of professional work experience in an APP role, preferably from an outpatient setting. Benefits Competitive compensation with no earnings cap and quality incentive bonus.
