Payroll Administrator
Marvin
Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. In this role, you will process biweekly payroll, maintain employee records, validate time and attendance data for multi-shift teams, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will handle payroll taxes, benefits deductions, reconciliations, and audit support, while answering employee questions with care and professionalism. Working in a people-first, safety-focused culture, you’ll collaborate with HR and Finance, contribute to process improvements, and grow your skills in a stable, family-owned company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term career development.
