CPA Staff Accountant II

Working remotely, the full-time CPA Staff Accountant II will assist with the external reporting process, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, and support SEC filings and internal management reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, focusing on equity and share-based compensation Assist with the preparation of SEC filings and related disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support the quarterly earnings release process and contribute to internal management reporting packages Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA or progress toward CPA preferred 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or public company settings Foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP and reporting tools
