Customer Service Representative Location: Schertz, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: Up to $17/hour Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Saturday with one scheduled day off Shift Options

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a smooth delivery experience. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. What You’ll Do Assist customers and business partners by phone and email Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally Diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions Monitor delivery routes and progress Scan haul‑away pods and verify required stamps Process delivery order changes and cancellations Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues What You’ll Need Experience with Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of related experience , preferably in a call center or customer service environment Schedule & Work Environment This position requires flexibility to work a rotating Monday–Saturday schedule with one scheduled day off. Candidates should be comfortable working any of the listed shifts.
