What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you'll learn the insurance business while building relationships with customers and helping them find coverage solutions that fit their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Learn about insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.

Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and insurance needs.

Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and discounts.

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
