This role requires a disciplined professional who excels at executing established systems and maintaining absolute operational continuity— including serving as the primary leader in charge during the Agent's absence. Primary Responsibilities Process Execution: Strictly adhere to, execute, and enforce the agency’s established workflows, scripts, and sales processes. Autonomous Leadership: Oversee daily office operations and serve as the main decision-maker when the Agent is out of the office. Team Accountability: Coordinate daily workflows, monitor staff activities, and keep the team aligned with production targets. Client Engagement: Connect with clients to review accounts and identify coverage gaps across auto, fire, life, and health lines. Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, and report pipeline progress directly to the Agent. Qualifications Process Discipline: Proven track record of successfully respecting, working within, and enforcing defined business processes. Experience: 3+ years of sales experience meeting daily/monthly goals (State Farm cross-sell experience highly preferred). Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage workflows and maintain operational authority independently without constant supervision.
