Client-Focused Universal Banker
Truist Inc
Truist seeks a customer-focused professional to provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions and to deliver superior service. You will educate clients about digital banking and support sales through outbound calls, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and policies. The role involves assisting with new accounts, coordinating with branch teams, and participating in training to deepen product knowledge.
