We are seeking a Construction Project Manager/Superintendent - Commercial & Residential Restoration to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Review Insurance Estimate and scope with customer
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with contractors, internal employees, and clients
- Negotiate with tradesmen to receive reasonable project costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Perform regular Quality Assurance checks on all projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collect deductible and insurance funds on a draw system from clients
- Prepare paperwork for any Change of Work order requests or supplements needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Pass an extensive background check
