Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Berkshire Rehab, an award-winning skilled nursing facility! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic care team at Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield, an all-male facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. $25 to $30 an hour, including shift differentials. Weekly pay. All shifts, weekdays and weekends, have shift differentials. Responsibilities Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Participate in planning and following individualized care plans Document resident care accurately and completely Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents Requirements Active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts (or in the process of obtaining one) New graduates welcome!
