Your Impact Take ownership of the monthly close process across a multi-entity organization, ensuring financial results are accurate, timely, and well-supported Lead domestic and international consolidations, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and multi-currency considerations Identify, investigate, and resolve complex balance sheet issues while driving accountability across the close process Build scalable accounting processes and controls that support a growing and increasingly complex business Partner closely with operational and executive leaders to provide financial insight and improve decision-making Evaluate existing workflows and lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility Develop and mentor accounting professionals, helping team members expand their skills, ownership, and career growth Lead the accounting team through periods of change, growth, and organizational evolution Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and maintain a strong control environment across multiple entities Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on accounting matters, financial risk, and organizational improvements What Sets You Apart Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred Demonstrated experience personally owning a complex month-end close process in a multi-entity environment Hands‑on experience with international entities, intercompany accounting, and consolidations Strong balance sheet expertise, including reconciliations, account analysis, and resolving complex accounting issues Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment Experience working within multi‑currency organizations, including foreign exchange translation and revaluation Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP systems experience Experience may have been gained in organizations of varying size and scale; candidates demonstrating increasing ownership, scope, and responsibility within complex environments are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr TriSource
