LIHTC & HOME Recertifications Specialist

Jobtailor is seeking a Recertification Specialist to manage LIHTC and HOME recertifications across properties, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep accurate Yardi Affordable data. You will prepare notices, monitor due dates, and support audits and investor reviews. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in affordable housing, strong MS Office and Yardi Affordable skills, excellent organizational abilities, and clear communication.
