Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cut, strip, and coil cables according to specifications

• Perform cable and interconnect assembly tasks

• Use microscopes, tweezers, and other precision tools to complete detailed assembly work

• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product accuracy

• Maintain documentation and complete line inspections throughout production

• Follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety standards

• Support additional production and assembly functions as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or cable preparation experience

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive precision work

• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality procedures

• Must be available to train on 1st Shift and transition to 2nd Shift as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ months of cable assembly, cable preparation, or interconnect experience

• 6+ months of soldering experience

• Experience using microscopes, tweezers, or other precision assembly tools

• Electronics manufacturing experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
