Role Description The Title Coordinator/Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, responsible for supporting all aspects of the title and closing process. This role includes preparing and reviewing title commitments and closing documents, coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients, and ensuring that files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. The Title Coordinator will manage scheduling for closings, track file status, handle document collection and follow-up, and maintain organized records in the company’s systems. Daily responsibilities also involve addressing client inquiries, providing clear updates, assisting with issue resolution, and supporting the team to ensure timely and smooth closing experiences. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients, lenders, and internal teams. Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Knowledge of Title Insurance and real estate closing processes, with experience in residential and/or commercial transactions preferred. Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members or partners on title procedures and documentation when needed. Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in document review and file management. Proficiency with office software, document management systems, and basic data entry; experience with title or closing software is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Altamonte Springs, FL, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. Prior experience in a title company, law firm, or real estate office is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
